Shipping

1. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility.

2. At this time we are unable to provide exchanges/store credit on international orders. International sales are final.

3. Processing times: After the item is received, (assuming it meets the standard) your store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days or sooner. You will be notified via email once your store credit is available.

We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit.
